Valentine Clays is a UK manufacturer and supplier of ceramic clays, slips, and raw materials for potters, education, and industry, established in 1979. Kubix replatformed Valentine Clays from WooCommerce to Shopify, introducing a hybrid theme with bespoke key page designs that refined the buying journey for both retail and trade customers. We enabled trade-ready functionality through B2B pricing integrated with Unleashed, while connecting SparkLayer, Shiptheory, and Xero to unify inventory, fulfilment, and accounting. Marketing and customer engagement were strengthened through new tools like Gorgias, and Reviews.io, ensuring a joined-up customer experience. The project included a full data migration and optimisation to their new Shopify store. Comprehensive team training and post-launch support ensured Valentine Clays could confidently manage and scale their new eCommerce operation.
