Donaghys

Donaghys is a UK-based multi-brand footwear and fashion retailer offering women’s, men’s, and kids’ shoes, clothing, accessories, and sportswear both in-store and online. With decades of retail heritage, Donaghys is known for its expert service and wide selection from leading global brands. To prepare for a move to Shopify POS, we defined a detailed migration path from TRIMS to Shopify, covering data management, reporting, Click and Collect, Xero integration, and hardware configuration. Each element was designed to streamline operations and build the foundations for unified omnichannel retail. The project concluded with clear, actionable recommendations and a smarter technology stack, giving Donaghys the clarity and confidence to implement Shopify POS independently, reducing project risk and setting the stage for a smoother, more efficient retail future.
