Haws Watering Cans, established in 1886, is the world’s oldest watering can manufacturer, designing, engineering, and handcrafting premium indoor and outdoor cans and accessories in England suppling gardeners and retailers worldwide. To strengthen its eCommerce foundations, we delivered a new Shopify storefront designed for scalability, improved navigation, and a shopping experience that reflects the brand’s craftsmanship. The new build improved product discovery through enhanced filtering and search, while reinforcing storytelling through considered design and content structure. Expanding the brand’s digital reach, we launched dedicated B2B trade sites on Shopify Plus with tailored pricing, access, and payment options enabling Haws to serve wholesale customers more efficiently and expand into new international markets without adding operational complexity. Growth has since been fuelled by ongoing optimisation spanning across Google Ads, Meta campaigns, and email. Through intelligent cross-sell strategies, refined shipping rules, and continual on-site personalisation, Haws has strengthened customer experience, increased average order value, and built a scalable platform ready for the next chapter of its 139-year legacy.
