Hotel Supplies Ltd is a family-run hospitality supplier with over 25 years of experience providing luxury and eco-friendly toiletries, guest amenities, bedding, minibars, and in-room accessories to hotels and accommodation providers. To modernise their eCommerce operations and create a foundation for growth, we replatformed Hotel Supplies from EKM to Shopify Plus, delivering a conversion-focused build with improved navigation and a cleaner, more intuitive buying journey. The new setup introduced B2B functionality with custom price lists and flexible payment terms to better serve trade buyers alongside retail customers. We executed a seamless migration of catalogues, customers, and coupons, ensuring data integrity throughout. A structured redirect strategy preserved SEO visibility and traffic, while comprehensive training empowered the in-house team to confidently manage their new Shopify environment. Operations and UX were enhanced through a lean technology stack featuring advanced search and filtering, smarter shipping and fulfilment, and integrated accounting via Xero.
