Boost Pet is a UK-based pet nutrition brand redefining mealtimes for dogs and cats. Boost Pet is part of a new wave of brands elevating pet wellness through quality, care, and convenience. We partnered with Boost Pet to streamline subscriptions, simplify management, and create a buying journey that felt as seamless as the brand’s products. From optimising the backend to refining the customer experience, our focus was on giving pet owners greater flexibility and clarity at every stage of their journey. We migrated legacy bundles into Recharge, preserving historic customer data while introducing single-product subscription plans with updated pricing and frequency options. The store was redesigned to make subscribing intuitive, rebuilt product pages, dynamic pricing, and quick-add features encouraged repeat purchase and discovery. To unify lifecycle marketing and B2B, we enhanced Klaviyo flows to better nurture subscribers and integrated SparkLayer to enable trade ordering with ease. The result is a platform that now delivers a consistent, growth-ready experience for both retail and wholesale customers.
