LaDuca Shoes is a globally recognised premium dance footwear brand, renowned for its handcrafted character heels, boots, and tap shoes, designed for performers on Broadway, the West End, and stages around the world. To enhance performance and unify the brand’s digital presence, we refreshed LaDuca’s Shopify theme across both UK and US storefronts, introducing a flexible architecture that put merchandising, storytelling, and product management back in the team’s hands. Resulting in a modernised experience that reflects the brand’s prestige while improving day-to-day agility. The new storefront enhanced storytelling through dedicated sections for the founder’s journey, flagship locations, and renowned clientele, supported by a refined, conversion-focused UX including predictive search, quick buy, and streamlined navigation. Our team configured payments, shipping, and key integrations across Shopify POS, ShipTheory, Stocky, and Xero, followed by QA testing and training for a confident launch.
