Pioneer Veterinary Products is a family-run supplier supporting veterinary practices and hospitals. Known for its next-day delivery and bespoke customer care, the brand has built long-standing relationships across the veterinary sector by pairing reliability with exceptional service. To modernise and future-proof their operations, we migrated Pioneer Veterinary Products from a restrictive bespoke website to Shopify Plus, creating a robust, scalable foundation designed to support ongoing business growth and international expansion. The new store combined a dependable BAU storefront with a flexible design framework to accommodate future functionality and localisation. We unified eCommerce and operations through an advanced integration with Microsoft Business Central and Dynamics 365, enabling real-time synchronisation of products, pricing, customers, and orders. B2B purchasing was elevated through SparkLayer, complete with catalogues, user permissions, approval workflows, and shopping lists, creating a frictionless buying experience for veterinary clients. The project concluded with comprehensive training and documentation, ensuring the in-house team could manage, adapt, and continue growing confidently on Shopify Plus.
