Scotch & Soda is an Amsterdam-based fashion brand designing expressive men’s, women’s and kids’ clothing for over 40 years, along with footwear, eyewear and fragrances. Kubix was brought in to build and launch a new Shopify store, creating a stronger foundation for peak-season trading. The refreshed storefront improved navigation, UX and merchandising, giving the team a faster, more flexible platform to activate campaigns globally. Alongside the rebuild, Kubix delivered a coordinated performance strategy spanning paid search, paid social, email and SMS, supported by technical enhancements, optimisation and on-brand creative. During this period, the brand saw significant uplift, with sessions rising by 66% and total sales increasing by over 40% year on year. Technology partners included Shopify, Klaviyo, Google, Gorgias and supporting optimisation tools.
