Doulton Water Filters

Doulton Water Filters is a heritage British brand producing ceramic water filtration systems that improve taste and reduce common contaminants for cleaner, safer drinking water. Kubix launched a new Shopify theme built to improve user experience, enhance speed, and support global expansion. The refreshed storefront introduced a cleaner design and improved usability while preserving essential integrations - including Linnworks - to maintain smooth operations across fulfilment and inventory management. We simplified navigation and strengthened product discovery through optimised collection filters, restructured categories, and dedicated landing pages for sub-brands and educational content, helping customers find the right system while building trust and brand authority. The build focused on long-term performance and technical integrity: redundant page builder apps were removed, key redirects were implemented to retain visibility, and checkout, tracking, and review systems were reconfigured for a frictionless customer journey. Following launch, Doulton has continued to work with Kubix ensuring continuous improvements, technical reliability, and sustained eCommerce growth.
