Following the brand’s transition to an online-only model, we supported the relaunch of Ted Baker’s digital presence with a new Shopify store and a full performance framework spanning paid media, retention, CRO and UX improvements. Working closely with the internal team, we established a scalable acquisition and retention engine across Meta and Google, rebuilt their email and CRM foundations in Klaviyo, and introduced a creative and strategic approach to reconnect the brand with loyal customers while reaching new markets.
