Icon LifeSaver designs and manufactures portable water purifiers that remove 99.99% of microbiological contaminants to provide safe, clean drinking water. The brand is trusted globally by adventurers, NGOs, and emergency response organisations alike. To improve scalability and control, we migrated Icon LifeSaver to Shopify, launching a customised theme that empowered the team with full in-house flexibility. The new build introduced Shopify Markets for localisation, enabling international customers to shop seamlessly in their own currencies and regions. A meticulous migration plan ensured products, collections, customers, and content were transferred accurately, supported by comprehensive QA, testing, and launch management. Following launch, we continued to support Icon LifeSaver, providing ongoing optimisation, development, and marketing campaigns, ensuring the brand continues to grow across multiple markets with confidence.
