Shore is a coastal lifestyle apparel brand designing timeless, comfortable, and sustainably made clothing and accessories for women and men. With a strong presence both online and in select Florida stores, Shore embodies effortless style inspired by life at the water’s edge. To unify its retail and online operations, Kubix led a focused POS discovery and migration plan from Thrive to Shopify POS, aligning data imports, reporting, payments, and in-store processes. The migration also introduced Click & Collect functionality to deliver a consistent, connected customer experience across channels. We produced a detailed recommendations pack and visual technology stack, outlining the full migration approach, essential hardware, and key integrations - including Xero - to streamline accounting and support scalable operations. To ensure a low-risk rollout, we provided a phased roadmap and self-implementation framework that allowed Shore’s team to execute confidently and cost-effectively. The result was a clear, structured transition plan that strengthened the brand’s retail foundations while setting the stage for future growth.
