Imperial College London is a leading university with a global reputation for science, engineering, medicine and business, serving thousands of students, staff and visitors across multiple campus locations. Kubix partnered with the Imperial Retail team to implement a full Shopify POS setup for their campus stores. This included pre launch configuration, custom POS roles, product and location mapping, and tailored payment workflows to match their operational needs. We delivered on site supervisor level training for their team, covering hardware installation, device setup and real world retail scenarios such as sales, exchanges and returns. The project concluded with structured post launch support to ensure the system embedded smoothly and staff were confident using Shopify day to day.
