Phenom Boxing

Phenom Boxing is a premium boxing brand supplying professional gloves, protective gear, coaching equipment and custom solutions to athletes and gyms around the world. We refreshed Phenom’s Shopify storefront with a cleaner, more performance focused theme that improved navigation, product presentation and conversion across mobile and desktop. With the foundations set, we introduced a full-funnel growth strategy across Meta and Google Ads, backed by structured audience testing, creative development and attribution tracking. This increased reach, improved paid efficiency and strengthened acquisition for both athletes and gym buyers. To support long-term growth, we also enhanced retention with Klaviyo automations and onsite improvements that encouraged repeat purchase and lifted customer lifetime value.
