One of our longest-standing Kubix clients, Kubek specialises in handmade British furniture, and have done so for over 20 years. Led by Mark and his wife Carole, our history with Mark and his Kubek Furniture brand is a long and happy one.

When Mark first came to us to increase his SEO and paid media strategy, he immediately hit it off with our team. Mark’s fun-loving personality totally suited our relaxed and open client communication, and Mark wasted no time in coming up with silly nicknames for half our office and tuning in on video calls with a song or two. Our CEO Looay and Mark actually met before Kubix was even founded when Looay once visited the Kubek Furniture showroom in Leicestershire. Fast forward a few years later, and Mark swears that Looay got the inspiration for Kubix Media from Kubek as their names are both so similar! (We beg to differ. All of Mark’s products were (and still are) handmade in the UK using the finest quality materials. And with quality workmanship comes quality prices - a big investment for potential online customers landing on the Kubek Furniture website. High order values were inevitable, and so it was important for us to build trust on the website to ensure visitors of the durability of his products. We set up a live chat feature on his website so that any customer questions could be answered in real-time, and added an entire page dedicated to customer reviews. These reviews grew and grew, and provided new potential buyers with the confidence they needed to invest in the brand.

After setting up Kubek Furniture Google and social ads, we focused our efforts on CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation). We implemented a new Facebook Ads strategy with a new-found focus on building a stable funnel and being more effective with retargeting. The results are almost ridiculous; we’ve managed to get the Kubek social ads up to a staggering 2000% average ROAS over the past two years. An eye-watering result, even in our books!
