Of course, nothing is more satisfying to our team than getting a big ‘thank you’ from our clients. It makes all our hard work worth it. So imagine our PPC Manager Ben’s surprise and delight when he opened his mail the other day and found a voucher inviting him to a Triple Supercar Driving Experience - straight from Mark himself! Whilst Ben might have to wait for lockdown to lift until he hits the racetrack, gestures such as these are a testament to the power of a strong marketing plan, great communication and wonderful products.
COVID-19 has been our latest challenge to tackle, but the influx of people staying home and investing in house and garden furniture has led to another flurry of sales for Kubek Furniture in March and April. Life in lockdown has led to a whole new kind of audience, and we’ve been ready for them! Kubek customers are loyal, and often return for multiple purchases, making the long-term value of their customers extremely high.
With summer now on the horizon, Kubek’s garden furniture sales are all primed and ready to go. Ben, Matt and the rest of the marketing team will continue liaising with Mark every week to ensure that his website performance, and our relationship with his business, stays on top form.
