Start Your Migration

Kick Off

We begin with a discovery session to better understand your site and migration objectives. This meeting is the first step in ensuring that both sides identify early challenges, discuss future data management and prepare for a smooth transition to Shopify.

Data Analysis

Using a staging environment, we assess and evaluate your store’s data to help shape our data strategy and set the technical groundwork for your migration.

Discovery Session

A deep dive session with you to present our findings around your data and migration requirements. This is a spring cleaning exercise to confirm the scope of the project and ensure that no important data is overlooked.

Demo Migration

A key milestone in the re-platforming process and a great opportunity for you to learn more about how Shopify structures your data. We prepare a migration of sample data and give you a detailed walkthrough of the results with a chance for you to provide feedback and move forward with confidence.

Data Preparation

This allows you some time to make last-minute amendments to your live store before we proceed. This ensures that our migrated data to your new Shopify site is up to date.

Full Data Migration
