Oak & Ford

Oak & Ford started as a family business, and are still a family business. With a proud tradition spanning of three generations of wood craftsmen and furniture makers, they create everything from scratch in their joinery workshop in Tamworth for brands such as Brewdog, Goose Island and Bacardi.

How we met

We first met Oak & Ford when looking for our own promotional material back in 2015. Richard Ford, the Managing Director, was looking for an effective long-term marketing campaign for his business that also had short term deliverables in place. Richard liked the fact Kubix were a little bit different, and he recognised our ability to change his business for the better.

What we did

Fast forward two years, and Rich remains one of our oldest clients. From designing him an entirely new website in the summer of 2017, right through to regular marketing and SEO to ensure that he gets to work with the most cutting-edge bands, the Kubix team have supported Oak & Ford through a variety of business changes. We have to be able to work with Rich and his team to truly build a long-lasting and transparent relationship. We understand that reaching targets is imperative but what really matters is going that extra mile and offering quality customer service.

How we succeeded

Now, Oak & Ford continue to use their world-leading machinery and the very best hardwoods to create wooden promotional products and bespoke projects, large or small. They have a strong digital presence that matches their beautiful work, and Rich loves the ease with which he can update his website himself. The past two years have been a testament to the achievements of both Oak & Ford and Kubix, and we’re looking forward to the future with such a great client.
